CPC | Recruitment Collection Statement

To assist us in communicating with you and assessing your suitability for an employment position with us including for the specific purposes set out below, we need to collect personal information about you.  By providing your personal information, you agree that it will be used and disclosed by Consolidated Pastoral Company Pty Ltd (ABN 22 010 080 654) and its related entities (collectively CPC, we, us or our) in accordance with this statement and our Privacy Policy, available at https://pastoral.com.  If you do not agree, you must not provide your personal information, and we may not be able to communicate with you or consider your application for employment with us.  We may disclose your personal information to our group entities, and to other parties, including to third parties who provide products and services to us or through us in the ordinary operation, administration, or promotion of our business and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  From time to time, these third parties may be located (and therefore your personal information may be disclosed) overseas, including the United Kingdom, United States, and Indonesia. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information, how you may complain about a breach of your privacy, and how we will deal with that complaint.

We use personal information about job applicants for assessing the applicant's suitability for an employment position or contract with us.  We may contact your referees and collect personal information about you directly from them.  If your application is not successful for the role you apply for at this time, we may keep your application on file and contact you for consideration if an appropriate role becomes available in future, unless you ask us not to consider you for future roles.

If your application is successful, we will then use your employee personal information for recruitment, managing payments and accounts, monitoring workers' health, ensuring safety and security of workers and onsite visitors, undertaking regulatory and company-required reporting, investigating, and managing incidents and return to work plans, and monitoring and ensuring adherence to and compliance with our policies and procedures.
